Hello and welcome,
Boxlondon is a brand new class drawing on the experience of training in many boxing and martial arts clubs. We want to teach real boxing skills and training to those that may have been put off by regular boxing gyms, boxercise or similar classes. There will be fitness training combined with punching and movement. Only those wishing to will move on to light sparring and the more advanced to ring training. The idea is for every one of all ages to learn new skills and try a different style of fitness training in a relaxed friendly environment. We also offer one to one or small group private tuition locally in tooting or we can come to you.

If you have your own gloves and rope please try to bring them, and turn up a bit before the start time and begin warming yourself up by skipping. If you haven’t learned to skip we can help you, it is one of the best forms of exercise and is a big part in any boxer’s training. If you just want to do your own warm ups then that is ok too but remember you should warm up before we start so you are ready.

Remember everyone is there to help each other so always feel free to ask questions to the coaches or any one that has a bit more experience, this class is for all levels. We hope you enjoy the class and tell your friends and family.
